WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION NOTICE OF SPECIFIC LIEN
Take notice that the warehouseman shall have a lien on the goods covered by this warehouse receipt, for all storage, handling, transportation, and other charges, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with storage of such goods.
This is a UCC Form. It is intended to supplement other forms.
